Charlie Richter
Charlie Richter came to Graham looking for work with the group. Charlie is also a paranormal expert.
Charlie, or Chuck, as the guys call him, designed his own PKE meter, as well as a containment device, very similar to the traps that the Ghostbusters use. He managed to trap a ghost inside, but nowhere to put it.
